For 24/7 operation, we select LED luminaires with an extra-long lifespan of 100,000+ hours and minimal degradation. We implement Human Centric Lighting - the night shift has higher intensity (750-1000 lx) and cooler light (5000 K) to maintain alertness. The morning shift gets a gradual ramp-up from 4000 K to 5000 K. Redundant power supply ensures uninterrupted operation. Predictive maintenance via IoT sensors reports approaching failures. Energy management optimizes consumption.
Quality control requires high illuminance of 1000-1500 lx with excellent colour rendering CRI>90 (ideally CRI>95). For defect detection, we use various light angles - direct, lateral, and backlight. Shadow-free lighting from multiple sources eliminates hidden defects. For electronics, antistatic LED luminaires. Magnifying lamps with integrated LED lighting for micro-assembly. Stroboscopic LEDs for inspecting rotating parts. UV light for fluorescent inspection.
Robotized workplaces need flexible lighting. Machine vision requires constant illumination without fluctuation - LEDs with high-quality drivers and no flicker. Infrared or UV lighting for special detection. Synchronization of stroboscopic light with the robot camera. Light curtains and signalling for safety zones - red=stop, yellow=warning, green=OK. Emergency lighting must ensure safe evacuation - a minimum of 1 lx on escape routes and 5 lx at exits. Operating duration is at least 1 hour, 3 hours for hazardous operations. Automatic functionality testing every month. For dangerous processes, emergency lighting provides safe completion/shutdown of production (10% of normal illumination).
